How long does it take to make my item?
Since we put a touch of magic into every piece we make, production of your handcrafted piece is up to one week. Special requests may add additional production time but don’t worry, we’ll make sure you know what that looks like.
Is everything customizable?
It is! From wording, to colors, to shape and design, we love custom work!
Do you do special requests or bulk orders?
Yes! We love to customize items or come up with a brand-new concept to match exactly what you’re looking for! Send us a message to get started.
Can I see what my custom item will look like before you make it?
We can send you a proof of your piece prior to production. This is sent based on request only so make sure to leave a note and we’ll get you a sneak peek!
Do you accept returns?
All personalized and custom items are final sale. We do our best to provide that magic touch to your home and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll be happy to find a solution.
Do you offer gift packaging?
